About this app and dataset

This Shiny application is the result of a collaboration between the USGS California Water Science Center and the San Francisco Estuary Institute Nutrient Management Strategy.

The data was collected during the biweekly/monthly USGS Peterson Cruise since 1969.

Code from the interpolated transects originated in the CTDplot package developed by Marcus Beck
