About this app and dataset

This Shiny application is the result of a collaboration between the UCSC Kudela Lab, USGS California Water Science Center, and the San Francisco Estuary Institute Nutrient Management Strategy.

The data was collected using an Imaging Flow Cytobot managed by the Kudela Lab, deployed on the biweekly/monthly USGS Peterson Cruise, since 2017.

The Kudela Lab also manages a dashboard where pictures of IFCB-observed organisms can be viewed, as well as additional metadata.

Funding from the SFB Nutrient Management Strategy supported webapp development.
